Counseling
You don't have to arrive with all the answers
Sometimes you know exactly what brought you here. Sometimes you only know that something isn't working anymore. Sometimes you're exhausted from carrying something alone. And sometimes you're simply wondering if life could feel different.

Who I hope to support
My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, emotional distress, trauma and difficult life experiences, identity exploration, gender and sexuality, substance use and recovery, self-esteem and shame, neurodivergence and self-understanding, life transitions and relationships, questions of meaning and belonging, and spirituality, faith, and experiences of deconstruction or reconstruction.

What our work can be
Our work may involve slowing down and noticing what is happening in the present moment. It may involve exploring the stories you've learned to tell about yourself, becoming curious about different parts of yourself, paying attention to what your body is communicating, grieving, asking difficult questions, or finding language for something you've never been able to say.

A collaborative relationship
I believe you are the expert on your own life. Counseling is something we create together. Your experiences, values, identities, goals, questions, and boundaries matter. The goal isn't to “fix” you. You are not broken. The work is about creating space for greater understanding, connection, agency, and possibility.
